Our plant engineering offers granulators working according to the principles of the patented BRACE microsphere processes. The machinery is developed, designed and built from the desktop system Spherisator 2002 up to production units with more than 1000 l/h throughput. Besides, there are several parts available as separate installations. Rotating drum sieving machines and vibrating sorting tables are used to sort different sized material and separate round from unround particles. Both installations are suitable for high throughput and homogeneous material. For sensitive goods a drying process has to keep a low temperature in the good and the physical stress should be low to avoid deforming or breakup of sensitive particles. For both necessities, the BRACE drum driers are developed. For temperating, incubation or fusion a BRACE heating chamber can be used.
