Microspheres: Spherical homgeneous granules, i.e. of one material or a homgeneous mixture
Microcapsules: Spherical granules with a solid shell and a liquid or solid core.

Contract Manufacturing: Development or optimization of an own or a customer's recipe and manufacturing of spherical granules thereof (Microspheres or Microcapsules)

Microencapsulation: Recipe development or optimization with the aim to encapsulate an active component with a shell material and produce spherical granules thereof
